Being able to answer basic and 'left field' questions from buyers, plus highlighting the benefits of the whole package (your home and where it is) plays a massive role in your successful sale.  

As a Real Estate Agent, keeping tabs on recent sales, current competition (other properties for sale) and general buyer sentiment is what I am paid to do - and LOVE to do.  My up to date knowledge helps you make informed decisions.
