Every home seller is looking for a home buyer.  It is the same in any type of market. I have something to sell - who wants to buy it?

However, in Real Estate, whether it is here on the Central Coast of Tasmania or any other part of Australia - buyers think, behave and act the same - and that's the 'secret sauce' to my success, and that of my clients.

My last 17 years have been spent marketing and selling real estate, however it has been an extention of my previous 20 years as a small business owner and commended Police Detective.

I am in the people business, and more specifically a problem solver - uncomplicating what can become a complicated process.

Every seller has a problem - you need to sell.

Every buyer has a problem - they need to buy.

My intimate understanding of how that psychology works has allowed me to help hundreds and hundreds of sellers and buyers to move onto or into the next phase of their lives.

From a marketing (advertising) perspective, I have been able to put all these human experiences into creating hundreds of successful campaigns that have attracted buyers locally and from overseas to my clients' properties.

The digital marketing world is where it is at and I have studied the trends and buyer behaviours very closely since the internet became such a huge part of our personal and business lives since the early 2000's.

In short, I know where buyers search and look for their next property - and how to enagage them when they reach-out with an interest in your home.
